The artist sure jammed in his fair share of subtle messages, didn’t he…..the young fella reading “Road to Ruin”, the Adam & Eve painting on the wall, with the sly serpent…. surely flattening a bit of wood in the kitchen isn’t the end of the world…. although my wife might disagree. The midget witch feeding the cat at the table has me worried though…..

It’s a single room household with it’s drying laundry. My father once said he lost in the fifties to many young patients during hot summer days in such rooms.

This looks just like my house. Many large projects find their way to the kitchen for their “final touches”. My wife’s a saint. But after nearly a half century, she’s grown accustomed to my idiosyncracies and it’s not very likely she’ll give me the pitch at this point.

Great photo! What the family was doing is right… Making cabinets should be really done where it would be fitted. Well, it is for proper measurements. But, it’s also better to do this outside or somewhere in a bigger workspace.
