Auction Results – Skinner’s, April 2016

At least two punters at Skinner’s European Furniture & Decorative Arts auction on the 8th of April 2016 agreed with me: The mahogany and yew Windsor settee that I declared a potential steal, more than tripled its upper estimate of US$800 to a decent US$2,583.

The blue dash charger didn’t sell, but the William and Mary oak geometric chest also sold well above estimate for a goodly US$1,599.
