Astragal moulding, astragal tracery/astragal glazing bars are common nomenclature.

I wonder about the authenticity of the finish. Looks a lot like “shabby chic” finishes you see in second hand stores. Some of the places that show ware are seldom touched.

You’ve encountered better shabby chic than I have!
The mouldings (other than the glazing bars) appear to be twentieth-century. as, I suspect, is the paint.

You’d think the maker would have aligned the glazing bars with the shelves.

It’s not uncommon and probably so arranged to accommodate the height of drinking glasses.

also, if I were going to change directions (as in the upper molding,) I think I would have done so in the middle of the facade, rather than in that place over on the left side.
