    Q. Regarding the lopers/drawers on the recent info. on the desk, what prevented the drawers from being totally withdrawn if necessary.

      Lopers normally employ a peg to prevent them being wholly withdrawn, but I’m not sure if those loper drawers have stops. You could address the same query to the author of the post, Christopher Storb. The link is at the bottom of that particular post.
