LOL – Yes, we Yanks often get the styles/dates confused. Some of that is due to it took A WHILE for furniture styles to reach the colonies back in the day.
Purchased ( some say stole) this table a couple years ago at the Vogel sale for 1k, it has wonderful provenance starting with Wallace Nutting. Is described as ” William & Mary” , it may be a lot of things, pilgrim century or Charles ll but it is clearly NOT a W&M-styled table, it’s a High Low stretcher table with Bobbin or Ball turnings with a side-hung drawer, in maple.

Any idea if those are original feet? Also, American furniture tends to be more valuable in the states. Does the same hold true in Europe? For instance, would a similar piece of English furniture be more desirable than this piece in an auction in the UK?

I doubt if you could sell much, if anything, from this sale in Britain, however, the reverse isn’t true.
